The expecting 33-year-old - who famously conceived via intrauterine insemination - captioned her Instastory: 'Thirst trapping in third trimester!'
Lala (born Lauryn Burningham) went on to reveal her three-year-old daughter Ocean will be having her first day of school on Thursday, and it will be a peanut-free environment due to children's allergies.
'I just realized I went from thirst trapping in third trimester to [talking about] making school lunches,' Kent - who boasts 3M social media followers - quipped.
'And that, my friends, is a b**** that can do it all!'

'Once I have the baby and I'm done breastfeeding, if you think I'm not [burning] my face off [with cosmetic laser treatments] and injecting the f*** out of it [with filler], you're out of your mind,' Kent vowed.
The Ninja Kitchen collaborator has also suffered bad episodes of heartburn, which has led to substantial morning sickness despite being seven months along.
'Ocean gets out of bed and she's like, "Mom, are you throwing up? Oh, it's so red! Are you okay?" I'm like, "Ocean, go get GG." She's like rubbing my back. I'm like, "Please go get GG!" She won't. She starts standing on my feet. I'm like, "You've got get off,"' Lala laughed.
